All prices listed are starting estimates and may vary based on property condition, layout, and specific requirements. External cleaning (e.g. balconies, garages, windows) and special services (e.g. pressure washing, lawn mowing) are priced separately unless part of a quoted package. Final quote will be confirmed after receiving property details or after a brief inspection (if needed). Properties left in very poor condition or requiring extra time may incur additional charges, which will be discussed upfront.
We can help you take the stress out of your final steps by completing the Exit Condition Report on your behalf after the clean, as an optional extra.
As former property managers, we know how to fill it out accurately, using real estate approved language and matching the standard layout used across Queensland. To assist with completing the Exit Condition Report, the client must provide a copy of the original Entry Condition Report (Form 1a) prior to or on the day of cleaning.

Yes. Power and running water must be connected for us to complete the clean to full bond standards. If we arrive and utilities are off, we may need to reschedule and charge a call-out fee.
Yes, as long as the property is completely vacant and accessible. Many clients book us for same-day exit cleans so they can return keys right after. Early notice is recommended during busy periods.
We clean inside windows as standard and outside windows if accessible (e.g., ground floor or balcony). For multi-storey properties, we may refer you to a window specialist or use extension tools where safe.
